Do you really want to go to Ibiza but afraid it might be too crazy? I thought so too but after I went, I loved it! Although, Ibiza can get crazy there is a fun but leisurely way to do it too 🙂
I am usually all for hotels. Hotels are especially nice when you have never been to a city before and you would like to get some help. Ibiza town is one of those places where you can (and should) not stay in a hotel and rent a house/condo. Airbnb.com has some great options as well as many ibiza rental sites. For the price of staying at a hotel, you can get a nicer place and have a driver. Ibiza is a little spread out so you will be using lots of cabs if you don’t have a driver.
However, if you have a couple of days to relax after your party trip, I high recommend going to the Hotel Hacienda Na Ximena on the north side of the island. THIS PLACE IS BREATHTAKING!!! Home to one the most beautiful pools in the world, Hacienda Ximena feels like you’re in paradise. About a 30 min drive from Ibiza town, Hacienda is completely away from all the action.
Must to Do’s
The beach clubs were my favorite! Definitely try to not sleep all day and party on a beach bed!
Good music and good people! In my opinion the beds, not the tables were more fun. The tables are a little bit up and away from the water. Order some rose, and mingle with friends
Rent a boat and go to Formentera –
The water in Formentera is crystal clear! Take your boat, rent a vespa around the island and have lunch at Juan Y Andrea. Don’t miss the paella!
Amante Beach Club
If you do decide to party all night, the best place to cure your hangover is Amante beach club. It is a much more chill beach club than Blue marlin but it is absolutely stunning! The secluded beach down below is the perfect place to clear your mind. There is no minimum spend here so you can detox and get fresh juices.
If do want to party hard during the day, Ushuaia is good place to check out. Ushuaia’s parties start between 5-7 and end around 11-12.
Booom was my favorite club in Ibiza. It wasn’t this massive club that you think of when you think of Ibiza. It is a newer club so it’s actually really nice and the service was one of the best! Also, if you are not into that EDM noise they have house DJ’s.
We did take a more “chill” route for Ibiza but I much prefer it because I will be back! Hopefully, people will consider it if they are “scared” to go 🙂 What were your impressions of Ibiza?
