By high, I mean I went SKYDIVING IN BORA BORA! Bucket list check check check check. And also, I’m pretty sure my endorphins were through the roof just being in Bora Bora which is also a bucket list check check check. It was beyond words.
When we were deciding which resort to stay at, it was between The Four Seasons and The St. Regis. The St. Regis was booked so Four Seasons was really our only option. Not a bad option right? We were blown away and it couldn’t have worked out better. The St. Regis and Four seasons are right next to each other so both have great views of the mountain. I have a dear friend that loved the St. Regis so I think you can’t go wrong with either.
The service at the Four Seasons was top notch! Luckily, when we arrived early in the am we were able to check in to our room right away. OUR ROOM WAS INSANE! I highly recommend the overwater pool villa
The huts were generously spaced for the utmost in privacy.
Every step you take in the resort is major views!
I know some people worry that they might get “bored” on a vacation like this. I personally don’t know how that would be possible here. Even with doing nothing, just being here is the height of existence. But I understand why people would think that. I’m here to tell you that even if we didn’t do any activities, I would have been A-OK! I thought maybe a week here would be pushing it but this is the place I could have easily stayed two weeks. Bora Bora is the definition of rest and relaxation so take it for what it is because you’ll never feel this way anywhere! The resort has plenty of things to do like scuba diving, jet skiing, spa-ing ( that’s an activity for me haha), snorkels in your room, anything you want to do they’ll make it happen
We did a local Tahitian boat cruise to see sharks and sting rays followed by lunch IN the water. Our boat was super cool! I’ve never seen anything like it. Very spacious and authentic.
They don’t bite! Or so they say 😉
The lunch they provided for us in the water was unreal. The food we had there was the best meal of the trip! Made with lots of love by a local couple 🙂
How amazing does this food look?!
The spa looked like something out of Jurassic Park. They had two sides for the jacuzzi. One side faced the lagoon ( my favorite) and the other faced the beach.
Even though there are a lot of beach villas and overwater bungalows, the resort never felt crowded. The majority of the time at the spa, we were the only ones there.
^^How cool are these yoga pants you guys?! The coolest pants from my girlfriend’s brand Sovifit. Check her out online!
I thought my boyfriend was joking when he mentioned sky diving. Excuse me! “Honey are YOU high?!” But he was for real and I did it! I tried not to think of it so much until we got there. I just kept thinking if Candace Swanepoel can do it, I can do it! Don’t get me wrong, I was about to pee in my pants that morning. Honestly, the people from SkyDive Tahiti were amazing. They could convince you to do about anything. Ok I’m joking about that but they made me feel so comfortable and were so knowledgable I was even a tad bit excited before I began.
The views from the top were priceless. If you’re going to jump out of a plane, it might as well be in Bora Bora right?!

As for the rest? Drink loads, get vitamin D, eat lots of seafood and jump into the biggest blue ocean ever!
Now I see why people go here for their honeymoon! It is heaven’s playground! What are some of your bucket list moments?
